Senior Recruitment Consultant - Path to Branch Manager

Workhorse Staffing is a specialist recruitment business focused on Trades, Manufacturing, Mining and Infrastructure. Following strong growth across NSW, we launched our Queensland branch late last year and are looking for an experienced recruiter who wants a genuine pathway into leadership.

This role is ideal for a Senior Recruitment Consultant looking to take the next step towards Branch Management.

About You

• 3+ years recruitment experience
• Background in Trades, Manufacturing, Industrial, Construction, Engineering or Mining recruitment
• Strong client and candidate management skills
• Looking for a long-term pathway into leadership
• Motivated by building something rather than simply managing a desk
